Q: How and where do we obtain a parking pass? |
|

A: Century 21-Wilbur Realty handles the Townhomes parking passes. You can get your parking pass from their realty office in Kent which is located on Main Street. There is a $25 charge for the parking pass and is good throughout your year lease. For the first week or so, you are not required to have a parking pass. Please watch for a flier to be posted concerning when the passes will be available for pick-up. |

Q: What should we do when repairs are needed? |

Q: What utilities is our townhome responsible for? |
|
| A: You will be responsible for the gas, electric, phone, cable, water and sewage bill. Please view the Utility Contact Sheet the website, www.kenttownhomes.com for the most updated information. |

Q: How much will the utilities run for a month? |
|
| |
A: Utilities are usually split amongst the 5 carriers. Gas on average should be around $45 (higher in the winter months, lower in the summer months). Water is typically $45 on average. Electric is usually around $75 and sewage is around $25. |

Q: Is it possible to request a specific townhome in the DelRosa Properties units? |

A: Yes, you can request a specific unit as long as it is available. The units are assigned on are first come, first server basis. Upon receipt of the rental application, security deposit, and lease agreement, your unit will be assigned. |
